Governing the Urban Transition in Africa

Elisa Domingues dos Santos is an associate research fellow at Ifri's Turkey/Middle East Program as well as Ifri's Sub-Saharan Africa Center.

After two years as a project manager at these two centers, she is now completing a doctorate in political science at the Catholic University of Lille and is attached to the C3RD and ETHICS laboratories. She is also associated with the French Institute of Anatolian Studies (Ifea) in Istanbul. Her research mainly focuses on relations between Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa.

In particular, she regularly contributes to Ifri's Turkey 2050 Program.
