Juliette Loesch is PhD candidate at the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (Inalco), where she investigates disinformation in contemporary Indonesia. She teaches international relations at Inalco and La Sorbonne and is the author of a bi-monthly newsletter dealing with political affairs in Southeast Asia, www.durianstories.substack.com.

She previously worked as Policy officer for the Indo-Pacific at the French ministry of Armed forces’ Directorate General for International Relations and Strategy (DGRIS).
