Ifri is pleased to announce the third conference in our intelligence series, in partnership with the Intelligence College in Europe, the purpose of which is to analyze the threat landscape through the eyes of senior officials from various European countries.

On February 7th, Ifri will host Arturo Relanzón Sánchez-Gabriel, Secretary General of the Spanish National Intelligence Center. He will touch upon the various threats his country faces, with a comprehensive approach on the instability in the Sahel and its impact on European security.
