(Ellipses, 2012) and War 2.0: Irregular Warfare in the Information Age (Praeger, 2009 with Thomas Rid; work translated into Mandarin in 2011). He has published numerous articles in French and foreign journals (Commentaire, Etudes, Internationale Politik, Policy Review, etc.) and in the press (Le Monde, Le Figaro, Les Echos, Libération, etc.).
