International Order and Trump’s America
Donald Trump is disrupting the established world order. But, despite his provocative declarations, is he really looking to challenge it?

Disruptions to the international system do not date back to Donald Trump’s coming into power. They correspond to profound changes in the post-Cold War world. Although the American president is highlighting unrest in the world, he is not instigating it or providing more solutions due to a lack of a clear strategy.
