Sylvain Touati is Associate Fellow of the Sub-Saharan Africa Programme. He was previously Research Assistant and Programme Coordinator between December 2007 and July 2010.

Sylvain Touati est diplômé de l'Institut d'Études Politiques de Toulouse (Master 2 professionnel Relations Internationales et Géopolitique) et de l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Maîtrise d'Histoire de l'Afrique). Il a eu des expériences professionnelles à la chancellerie de l'ambassade de France au Mali et au sein du programme Afrique de Chatham House à Londres (Royal Institute of International Affairs). Il est aujourd'hui directeur associé du Cabinet Interface Africa ([email protected]).
