<p><strong>Andrew Dorman</strong> is Professor of International Security, King's College London based at the United Kingdom's Defence academy and the Commissioning Editor of the Chatham House journal <em>International Affairs</em>. He has published widely since completing his masters and doctoral degrees at the University of Birmingham and has held posts in the UK Ministry of Defence and NATO.</p>
