Organization and role of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors' main function is to discuss all the issues assuring that Ifri is run smoothly. Its 12 to 24 members, elected for three years by the General Assembly, meet at least three times a year.The auditors are appointed by the General Assembly for six financial years. They check the compliance of accounts with regulations and perform all the duties required by law.
