Tatiana Kastueva-Jean holds a degree from the Ecole normale supérieure of Ekaterinbourg, the Franco-Russian Master in International Relations from the University of Sciences Po/MGIMO in Moscow, and a DEA (Diplôme d'études approfondies) in International Relations from the University of Marne-la-Vallée in France. She is currently writing a doctoral thesis on Franco-Russian relations (Sciences Po/CERI Paris).
Her research areas are higher education, technology and innovation in Russia.
