Supporting Decision : through different forms, the Russia/NIS program delivers policy-oritented papers that contribute to the global debate.


Anticipating Evolutions : due to the high-level of uncertainty concerning the future of the Russia/NIS space, the program not only seeks to shed light on current trends but also to formulate credible forecasts.
